Diane was born in Ogdensburg, NY and grew up in a small town setting very similar to western Pennsylvania. She completed her MBA at Clarkson College in Potsdam, NY, then moved to the Pittsburgh area in 1991. Her expertise in compliance and related audit supervision eventually led to managing a mortgage branch in Butler, PA. Diane’s background with details and rules was a great fit for helping people work through the process of obtaining their mortgage. She found that helping families own their homes was a calling for her, with no greater satisfaction than the privilege of witnessing buyers become homeowners. Her success is a direct result of her knowledge in the industry, coupled with an education that sharpened her problem-solving skills and team approach.
Diane has 21 years’ experience originating mortgages. She specializes in conventional, USDA, FHA and VA loan programs, all of which are very important to the market she serves. Her clients reside primarily north of Pittsburgh in Butler, Lawrence, Armstrong and Indiana counties. The rural aspect of this area is so much like where she grew up, and the people who live there can relate to her honest, straightforward approach. She takes pride in being there 100% for her clients, from working out the details of pre-approval, all the way to closing. Her clients consistently comment on her availability and willingness to help.
