John graduated in 2000 from USF / McLaren School of Business with a BSBA / emphasis in finance.
He has 20 plus years in the financial industry and has developed his career at several global and fortune 100 companies as well as some of the top lenders on the East Coast and Nationwide. During his tenure with these companies, he expanded their territories, improved product market saturation, while building and developing high producing teams to serve their clientele.
The first decade of his career John was an Executive Underwriter for Commercial Insurance operating at one of the highest levels of authority within his field.
For the last ten years plus within the Mortgage Industry – he has combined this experience with his passion to help as many Families & First Time Homebuyers as humanly possible. Many of whom have credit challenges / down payment challenges / prior derogatory life events …. that may have caused them to be turned away by other lenders who work for a company that does not want to help people in those situations. Or worse the other lender simply doesn’t have the “know how” to get the family closed & in the house they have dreamt of & planned for.
