Michel is a native of Western, PA, having grown up in Latrobe and currently residing in the Lincoln Place section of Pittsburgh. Michel is a 2001 graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
With a background in both mortgage lending and the title industry, she has been helping educate and walk clients through the buying process since 2002. From preapproval to closing Michel is with her clients every step of the way! She feels communication is a major key creating a great customer experience. In addition to traditional financing, Michel’s specialty is renovation loans. She enjoys teaching buyers how they can purchase a house they like and turn it into the home they love by adding a remodel budget to their loan.
In addition helping clients, Michel enjoys spending time with her family, especially her young son, and being part of her St. Therese Parish family.

Our first broker literally walked away from our renovation deal because it seemed like it was going to be "too difficult."
