Stan Brusoski was born in Bloomington, Indiana, but moved to Pittsburgh and was raised in Bethel Park where he graduated from high school. He earned his BSBA degree from Duquesne University with a major in Accounting.
After buying his first home in 1999, Stan got into the mortgage business as a mortgage broker. For the next seven years he originated mortgage loans while managing a team of loan officers.
From 2006, Stan worked on the wholesale and correspondent side of the mortgage business with Wells Fargo and Stonegate Mortgage. For the next twelve years he supported mortgage companies and loan officers all around the Western Pennsylvania area in all aspects of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA financing. Renovation lending became an area of focus for him during this time.
In January of 2018, Stan brought his lending expertise and sales support background to the Holland Mortgage team. He believes that great communication is the solution to any problem in life and in business, and looks forward to helping Holland Mortgage to grow.
Stan lives in Bethel Park with his wife and three boys. He has been active as an adult leader in the Boy Scouts of America, and has been an active working musician in the Pittsburgh area for the past 30 years.
